What does Geo for Business cost?
Free 30-minute Intro call. AI Audit is $990 one-time, prepaid and credited in full against the build. AI Build is custom, from $2,500, prepaid. Optional AI Maintain Plan is $490/month, cancel anytime.
How long does a business project take?
A 30-minute Intro call, a one-day AI Audit, and a one-week AI Build. Work can be running within about two weeks of the first call.
Do I have to commit to the whole process?
No. Stop after any step. The business audit plan is yours to keep, whether or not we build it.
What does the business audit cover?
A one-day working session in your business, on-site or by video. We map workflows and hours, then deliver a ranked automation shortlist, a costed build plan, and estimated savings against fully-loaded employee cost.
Does my team need to learn AI?
No technical knowledge needed. We train your team to run and check the system. They approve output before it goes out.
Do you help with AI search?
Yes. We structure business websites and content so AI answer engines can read and cite them.

How does Geo for Personal differ from Geo for Business?
Geo for Personal, offered as Geo Private, handles your life and home: calendar, inbox, paperwork, properties, and family admin. Geo for Business handles team workflows. Personal has a $90 Audit working session by video call, deducted in full from the flat Setup fee; business has a paid AI Audit and custom AI Build.
What does the $90 personal Audit cover?
After your free 30-minute intro call, the Audit is a working session by video call. We map your personal admin, home setup, and where AI can take work off your plate. The Audit is $90, payable before the session and deducted in full from the Setup fee if you proceed.
What does the $1,495 personal Setup include?
One flat, one-time fee covers implementation: your personal AI setup running around your life and home, with the integrations it needs.
What is the $2,195 Mac mini option?
The same personal setup on its own machine, with a Mac mini included, set up and ready. The total one-time price is $2,195.
What does the personal Maintain step cost?
$190 monthly for updates, monitoring, and small changes. Cancel anytime.
Is my personal setup private?
Geo Private is set up for you alone and stores no more data than the work requires.
