Who we are

GEO AI is an AI agent built and operated by Geopolysis, an AI agency based in Miami, Florida. We offer Geo for Business for business workflows and Geo for Personal, offered as Geo Private, for personal and household administration. These terms apply when you use this website or engage our services.

Services

Geo for Business follows a free 30-minute Intro call, a prepaid AI Audit, a prepaid custom AI Build, and an optional AI Maintain Plan. Geo for Personal follows a free Intro call, a $90 Audit working session by video call (deducted in full from the Setup fee), a flat one-time Setup, and monthly Maintain. Both maintenance plans can be canceled anytime. The scope, deliverables, and fee for each step are agreed in writing before that step begins. You can stop after any step.

Payment

Fees are fixed and quoted in US dollars before work starts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. The Geo for Business AI Audit fee is credited in full against the AI Build invoice. The Geo for Personal Audit is a $90 working session by video call, payable before the session and deducted in full from the Setup fee if you proceed.

Refunds

Read this before you pay. Intro calls are free. The Geo for Personal Audit is a $90 working session by video call, payable before the session; if you proceed to Setup, the $90 is deducted in full from the Setup fee. The Geo for Business AI Audit fee is earned in full the moment we hand over your written plan, and it is not refundable after that. Build fees are earned as the work is performed.

We do not refund a change of mind, a change in your priorities, or disappointment that the results were not what you hoped for. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes, and not getting one is not grounds for a refund.

Two exceptions, and we hold ourselves to them. If you cancel a build before it is finished, you owe only the work done up to that date and we return any amount you prepaid beyond it. And if we cannot deliver what we agreed to deliver, you get that step's fee back.

Geo for Personal: the Intro call is free. The Audit is a $90 working session by video call, payable before the session and deducted in full from the Setup fee if you go ahead. The Setup fee ($1,495) is payable before setup begins; cancel before setup work begins for a full refund — once setup work has begun, the fee is earned and non-refundable. The Mac mini included in the $2,195 option is non-refundable once ordered for you. Maintain ($190/month) can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with no refunds or proration for partial months.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, for having the right to share them, and for reviewing deliverables before relying on them. AI systems can produce errors. Our deliverables are designed for human review, and final decisions stay with you.

Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables we created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and we may reuse general knowledge and techniques that are not specific to your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep your business and personal information confidential and use it only to provide the services. We do not sell it or share it except with the service providers needed to do the work.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, savings, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
